It will still very likely be in the Series 6 set, although when that will come out is known, naturally due to the split-series next year, but I'm 97% certain it'll be in the Series 6 box set.

I'm acttually considering getting the standalone release, not because I'm unsure if it'll be in the Series 6 set, because we don't know when that'll come out.
