I can't get into the Underworld movies. The concept sounds wicked - like comic book wicked - but I just couldn't care for the characters or story.

I saw it with a friend who was very excited about the movie. I didn't really care for it except it explained a Family Guy gag when he loses a sock in the dryer, peeks in, and sees Thomness running off with the sock.

Let's see, you've got a naked goatman who trapped a little girl in his house... yeah that's good for kids to see. Then you've got Santa packing heat... again, great morals for kids to see. And it ends up with a loosing battle, suddenly turned around by a small translation error.

Not interesting.

Ah man, when I saw the Sixth Sense, my brother and I got there a bit late, missed the whole opening scene. Yeah, imagine seeing the movie for the first time without knowing about that. The flashback to the shot of the patient later in the movie was quite creepy, and we both looked at each other like "what the hell?".

But seeing the movie that way first, I believe the movie could have been so much better if that first scene wasn't there, and instead they dropped hints of Bruce Willis' past throughout.

Sounds like our justice system

Good movie, but I couldn't watch it over and over again.

this answer is a little overdue but I personnally prefer the last three movies. not the first two. they were kinda bad. (and this is coming from me who has read each book twenty times.)

Most people will think this is crazy but I was bored with the Lord of the Rings movies. They had their moments of awesomeness but overall they bored the hell out of me.

same here... actually i think that was the first movie i have never finished! i usually look into movies before i watch them. I had to suffer through dynamite at my best friends party as well. Jesus what the fudge was so funny about him going "Gosh!" all the time? Nacho came highly recommended to me from lots of friends. Oh wait there was also Epic Movie and Doogal and I know Pronounce you Chuck and Larry. all three are in my top 5 worst of all time list.

I'm not sureprise you didn't like Nacho Libre.

Jared Hess was the the director & writer of both Napolean Dynamite and Nacho Libre.

Sounds like you shouldn't listen to your friends when they recommend comedies.

I completely agree, I can not remember why I watched parts 2 and 3 after I struggled enjoying the first one. Bad Tastes still the best Jackson film I have seen

I like the LOTRs but I understand what you're saying. Have you ever read the books? If you think the movie is slow, then read the books. I knew how the movies where going to be, maybe that's why I like them. Personally I think the movies (extended Editions) are better than the books, although they did leave out a character from the first book that I wanted to see.

Transformers. The only Bay film I like is "The Rock," because of Connery, Cage, and Harris, but friends and family told me Tformers wasn't bad, so I rented it. Yea, the FX were great, but I expected that what w/ Spielberg producing it. Imagine my surprise when the guy who made Jurassic Park made good FX for this movie! (sarcasm there)

This had the worst script I've ever heard. I watched it on my PS3 and put it at 1.5x speed so I could still follow. The jokes about Shia LeBouf hitting on Megan Fox were drek. Also, since when do data analysts look like that blonde?! I know they're going for sex appeal, but that's less believable than Elisha Cuthbert working for CTU.

I could go on, but all I will add is that while I haven't seen Ali or The Pursuit of Happyness, I hate Will Smith movies and do not understand how he is a box office draw.

I have not read the books as it just isn't my kind of interest and I usually always have a stack of books and movies sitting around that I just never can get to already.

I just do not recall the first 2 very well anymore to remember if they were really slow or not. The 3rd one had me yelling to myself, "Just END IT ALREADY" as it seemed like there were 2 or 3 spots that could have worked as an ending in itself. But then it just kept going and going. But that is ok, I know many of my friends think they same after I make them suffer through something I like.

Well, you have to admit, Megan Fox made the movie more watchable. I actually enjoyed the first part of this movie until it got more into the cartoonish in the story.

I recently watched Ali on a flight and thought it was pretty good. I think it was probably hard to put Smith in that role as too many wouldn't take him seriously and just think that he will make his Men in Black type wise cracks. But it is worth watching, esp if your other choice is Transformers.

Well it's a cartoon, they already scrapped a lot of them and changed them to offset fans.... but at least it was entertaining. I mean 90% of Comic, Old Series are extra crappy.. I mean Street Fighter anyone? (Live movie, not the anime)

People not getting into Bade Runner? Underworld? AVP and The Fifth Element? Must be something wrong with me brain. I don't get it?

If you couldn't even watch 30min of the first one, why would you even bother with the others.
