Anything you buy, you can redownload once you set your previous account on you new PS3

Up to 5, as Shin-Ra said. There are some exceptions which only allow specific content to be activated on one machine (movie downloads, SingStar downloadable songs, and a few games which only allow one activated copy at a time online).
