Oh Man! Sucks to be them. Not only are the title releases pretty terrible for watchability, but the number of releases are enough to kill the format. What does the rest of the year look like so far for HD DVD? The BD sections are expending at BB and HD DVD section is decreasing in size. If you are green to HD and just now selecting a format to go with, just comparing titles and quantities available for each format, it's a no brainer which I would choose to go with.

Wasn't that the famous Universal hiatus?

Two New Line titles show as Blu-ray-only, which is likely the result of HD DVD's lack of region coding i.e. they would be released later in the year, assuming Warner doesn't go Blu-exclusive.

I counted 8 Blu's minimum that I will be getting. So you factor in the BOGO's and all the other sales. Its going to be a wonderful month

I disagree. A forum is only as good as the posts and ideas contained within. When I get "demerits" for posting ANYTHING about how the censors work, or ANYTHING concerning PRESS RELEASES showing blu winning....well, I believe that that forum lost any and all credibility.

Moderating death threats is one thing, moderating opinions or preferences is quite another. I think I will stick to forums that allow for a free flow of information and discussion as opposed to censorship.
