If the front cardboard is glued on like this, I usually just leave it on and cut the plastic off around it. But Amazon gave me one with the cardboard part glued on all slanted to one side. Ugh.

I'm very excited but also a bit curious. The back says all 19 issues, I just counted and I have 37 issues not counting the few I still need to pick up. So what's the deal with that? It can't be the whole season unless they marked it wrong, or maybe they only did key issues. Label me confused.

Also, this is half of season 8. Only the first 19 issues. WTF?
Sorry, just got my answer. That's a little lame so I'm not in as big of a rush to get it yet.

It's only the first half of season 8. I am pretty disappointed about it because we may never see the second half if this does not sell well. IMO they should have just waited and released the whole thing at once.

They didn't do key issues - it's 1-19. The Fray arc is the last arc on the Blu-Ray/DVD.

I saw it at Target yesterday but I won't pick this up until it's really cheap. Also, they should've labeled it S1 Volume 1 or something.

True, but I bought it anyway so that maybe Fox decides to go ahead and release not only the 2nd half of Season 8 but also the previous 7 seasons of the TV series.

I will faint if they get the whole show on Blu. If my favorite show ever and I would pay quite a bit for it.

You'd figure at some point it'll get a release. Especially if Firefly is available on Blu-ray. Fox will have to decide whether or not to go with individual season sets or an entire series box set as well as what to do about the FX which I assume were originally rendered in 480p.

I don't really care if it's only half of a season, it's still over 200 new minutes of buffy so that's worthy of a purchase imo.

Has anyone actually watch this yet? how is it? how was the pq/aq??

I'm sure they'll release a volume 2 Season 8 plus all the Buffy shows on blu-ray. Fox know that Buffy fans are a bunch of Spoiled Trolls who live in a basement and have access to Mommy and Daddy's money whenever they want it. So its only a matter of time

Are you sure your not confusing Twilight fans with Buffy fans. I'm skipping this comic book cash-in crap. The only Buffy I will buy is the real Buffy the Vampire Slayer on bd.

Yeah... I was thinking the same thing

I never watched Buffy but I saw part of an episode last week or the week before and I liked it. So if the complete series comes out I'll probably buy it
