Default Warner Bros Half Hearted Stab at Hi Def

After witnessing Harry Potter week and seeing it under perform on both format's I've concluded one of the biggest assets of WB going Blu-ray exclusively is that it can market that format which everyone else. They also will not have as many packaging issues and confusion at retail stores.

I think a good reason for the lower sales is that Blu-ray formats sold out in many places. For instance I went to Best Buy on Sunday and they were out of Harry Potter box set on Blu-ray. The entire cardboard cutout for Harry Potter was also confusing.

Warner if you are reading this, look what POC did on Blu-ray, Harry Potter would have done the same if you had marketed it the way Disney did. Oh well we look forward to good things in the new year
