-The Green Mile: I was reading the book, was 3/4 into it when I lost it, & watching how it all concludes on film was something special
-Forrest Gump: When he finds out he's the daddy of the baby, & when he talks to Jenny at the grave site. -Paris, Texas: The end monologue -Gladiator: Maximus reuniting with his family in the afterlife -Carlito's Way: Damn. He came so damn close. -Saving Private Ryan: Tom Hank dying while hopelessly firing a tiny pistol at the massive tank -Toy Story 3: Ending. Brought tons of childhood memories & made me realize how fleeting the joy of life is. -Return of the King: I hated that the credits rolled....thus wrapping up my greatest experience at the movies. I stayed seated during the entire credits just taking it all in. Truly geeking out as I felt honored to have experienced this trilogy. |

Marley & Me was gutting. I don't know how to categorize this movie. Probably Aniston's best performance.
I was expecting an upbeat movie.. I would also like to see "Hachi". I hear it was a very good translation of a Japanese movie entitled "Hachiko Monogatari", which I was recommended some many years back!!. Cheers |

Gosh, I had a quivering lip when B5 went up and John died. You knew it was coming, but damn it signaled an end of an era of my teen years that were very enjoyable..as was the final episode of ST:TNG 3 in my circle of friends went to see TS:3 separately and we all choked up hahaha..I don't know what it was with this one, Perhaps too an end of an era. |

Not afraid to admit it at all.
Saving Private Ryan really did me in the first time and even on multiple reviews. My father served in WWII and seeing the elderly man collapse in the graveyard was a bit much for me, as it reminded me of my father so much. Last edited by shinseiRomeo; 01-29-2011 at 04:04 PM. |
