iv never seen this movie, but I've seen Schindler's List, and that's a great price. is the movie worth buying?

I watched this freshmen year in high school for world history and enjoyed it. I'll definitely pick it up eventually.

Yes, especially for $10, which is how much it is this week at Best Buy (which is the only place you can buy it at the moment). Got my copy preordered.

it's a blind buy and i've heard nothing but good things about it. hope to watch it tomorrow as soon as i get home from BB

Hotel Rwanda is a great film, and I am so glad to see it coming to Blu-ray. I wonder how long it will be a Best Buy exclusive before Hotel Rwanda will be available everywhere.

I didn't snag it yet, but I just saw it at my Best Buy as well. I think the release date was 1/30, not 2/1.

Great film, definately NOT a feel good kinda movie though...

Both Don Cheadle and Nick Nolte gave great performances.

kinda surprised to learn this is rated PG-13

i thought for sure it was rated R.

Taken was also PG-13, and that was as close to an "R" as you could get away with...

Left it in the car last night and I'm not home so I took a quick picture of it with my iPhone in the dark car lol. Hence the bright flash in the middle and the dark background.

really? wow. i didn't know that either lol
i just assumed this was R because i hear the story is extremely depressing, bleak and contains violence or "violent overtones" and assumed the story would make it R.

sometimes ratings baffle me. like The Shawshank Redemption. i don't think that should have been R. i think there was one scene that would maybe make it iffy, but otherwise there wasn't too much, but i'm guessing it was for language.

either way, looking forward to picking up Hotel Rwanda tomorrow. another blind buy i have high hopes for
