This is a bummer, I noticed the guys who worked at Ultimate really knew their stuff too. Even the Best Buy guys in the Magnolia sections often struggle to help me. I asked one the other day which recievers on the floor had pre-outs and he told me he would have to start turning them around to look. I just said "don't worry about it dude, I can figure it out with my phone".

This is one thing of many that I like about Ultimate Electronics. Every time I go into their store the guys seem to know what they are talking about unlike BB or Sears who seem to NEVER know what they are talkin about! I hope Ultimate can hang on I really do because I like their store and their employees.
