The interview I had last week that I thought I nailed only to find out on Monday that I was passed over. It seems I'm back in the running from the phone call I received last night.

Just got off the phone with HR for a job that I applied to yesterday, setting up an interview for the end of the month...

I can't believe they deleted the old NFL thread, oh well. Maybe this means General Chat posts will eventually not count as real posts.

Yeah, why delete it? Why not just close it? There was some good stuff in there. Oh well, on the bright side, no one can see my old predictions of the Vikings winning the Superbowl.

Back on 1/19/11, I completed a callback and they wanted to talk to someone higher up.

I sent the info on for the callback to be completed.

Since then, I’ve recv’d 4 emails asking me the status of this.

I email the supervisor that is supposed to be completing the callback and I get a response saying she has other priorities and will get to it as soon as humanly possible.

Never mind the fact that my work has to be doe in 2-3 days, she takes almost a month to get to her work.

Talked to the hiring official yesterday and she told me that everyone thought I was poised, calm and thoughtful and that I set the new record for interviews because everyone else took 45 minutes and I took 10 flat. LOL. I was like... was that a bad thing? She said not at all because I was concise and that a lot of people came in and really bombed their interviews. They will have the hiring list tomorrow and if the Dean gives the go ahead I could get a call Friday but most likely Monday! Oh I hope I hope
