Default HBO 24/7 Pittsburgh Penguins vs Washington Capitals

Has their been any word about HBO's 24/7 Pitts. Penguins vs Wash. Capitals road to the winter classic being released on BD?? i thought HBO did a fantastic job and this deserves to be released Especially for us Penguins Fans!!!

I'd be surprised if it got a DVD or Blu-ray release. HBO has never released any of their prior 24/7 specials or Hard Knocks. They likely view these series as too focused on a specific event and time period to get good enough sales to make a home video release worthwhile.

i know but they keep releasing the Superbowl games.. this too would be focused on a specific event for fans of the winning team only.. atleast this will target both penguins and capital fans as well as fans of the series
