It takes a lot for any movie to make me feel something. I think the ones that have had an emotional impact on me are ones I already own on BD.

The only other ones that come to mind right now would be:

"Titanic," like the OP said.
"AI: Artificial Intelligence," coming out soon.

Aaaannnndddd...I don't remember what else.
