Cool Get caught up for Sarah Connor Chronicles

I haven't paid attention to any of the Terminator movies, but "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" TV show kind of interests me. I think I will watch it. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to post a dummies guide to the Terminator story here. Maybe a paragraph or less to get people caught up for the new TV show. I'm sure I'm not the only one who hasn't kept up.

I only need one person to post a dummies guide, no Wikipedia articles please.
