News and Notes from last nights mess of a main event match..

- PWInsider reports that numerous TNA sources indicate that the main event for the TNA World Heavyweight Title at tonight's Victory Road pay-per-view lasted only 1 minute and 28 seconds because of backstage concern over Jeff Hardy. Other speculation is that Sting wouldn't agree to wrestling a long match with Hardy if he was in bad condition. More details on what happened tonight should be coming out in the next few days.

People within TNA are upset that Hardy was even sent out to the ring at all as it was clear to anyone who saw him that he should not have been out there. The feeling is that TNA should have re-shuffled the card, they didn't, and now this looks bad on them and reflects some of the greater problems they have.

- We've heard nothing out of Hardy on Twitter overnight except the following Tweet: "Things are op."

I don't feel sorry for Sting really, he could have gone to WWE at any time. I'm trying to give him a little credit for sticking with the opposition, but a match like that just solidifies the fact TNA is bad

worse than Thunder bad.

That Hardy Sheen proposal is both terrible and... kind of perfect. Except that Hardy isn't acting (or maybe he is?!).

Why would Sting go to WWE?. So he could job to Undertaker at Wrestlemania?. Sting is smarter than that.

At least Sting has pull to tell them he's not wrestling under these conditions. Matt Morgan was forced to wrestle Hardy who was wasted for ten minutes at Final Resolution last year. That's putting both Hardy and Morgan at risk for no reason.

Jeff needs to be fired. It's TNA's constant enabling that makes him keep going back. It was the same thing when they would bring back Scott Hall and put the tag belt on him immediately.

Hard to defend TNA. Terrible way to treat your loyal fans. And if it' a work, then go to hell. Half the TNA roster thinks it may be some sort of sick twisted work which pisses them off too. Why Dixie did you think brinoing in Hogan and Bischoff to run things was a good idea? Why?

I'm sure TNA will do something on impact! to compensate for the the ppv main event.

Don't forget Hardy was also the reason Anderson got that massive gash on the back of his head.
