AVC codec and bit rate that hovers around the mid to high twenties, but never drops below. The current director's cut goes into the low to mid twenties and goes as low as the teens at 12mbps.

It seems unlikely WB would opt for an AVC codec transfer. This will likely just be a repackage. Bigger question is which version it'll be.
