charnier Special Member Member since:Feb 2010	As far as I know, like you, PAL/NTSC does not apply to blu-ray. What they could be referring to is this: they are releasing both UB on blu and dvd; they could mean region free for the blu and PAL for the dvd. But it would be advisable to check - you could wait for some sites like DVD Beaver to see what the specs are. Welcome to the board, Daigoarima Edit - Doing some further checking, on some Blu discs, the extra material/special features can be PAL encoded; they could also be referring to that.
