The XBR2 and 3 are last years models with 60hz frame rate. The XBR2 has a silver bezel and they are interchangeable, and the XBR3 has a piano gloss black bezel and cannot be changed. XBR3 costs about $300 more than XBR2.

The XBR4 and 5 are this years models with 120hz frame rate and HDMIv1.3 inputs. The XBR4 is flat black bezel where the XBR5 is piano gloss black. Also the XBR5 has a computer input as well. The XBR5 costs about $300 more than XBR4.
