Anyone else get a low rating on 4/1?

I would have an Idea, what if the person giving the rating would be force to leave a comment on their motivation for the rating, that way no more anonymous ratings and no more people threatening others, why did you give me this or that rating, you would have to be honest on the rankings and your argument would have to make sense. Just throwing ideas here.

To me so far it made no difference I have th same average as before with the new system

I feel fortunate to have received good ratings, that aside, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I have however received low ratings before from members who were not familiar with the rating system and they thought they were giving me a good rate For example, if you rate my system right now it's at 4.9 or 5, the "submit rating" button says "6", If you're not aware that a 6 is actually a 3 then you could lower someone's overall rate through ignorance rather than malice. I recently received a 6 and have to wonder if it wasn't a lack a being familiar with the system, I'll never know but it's not the end of the world
