Not at all; I see next to no virtue in any form of "entertainment" that continually pushes every moral boundary, all for the sake of earning a profit. Many, many studies over the years have consistently proven that R-rated fare makes far less than any other release, and yet the filmmaking industry still feels the need to pack otherwise good stories with sex, gore, language, etc. What's even worse is that some people have become so desensitized that such content barely makes them blink. Honestly, I fail to grasp how anyone's life or mentality could be improved by seeing others curse each other, lustfully use each other, or carve people up like animals.
