Default Playstation Move - Best/Worst Games

I have just picked up a cheap Playstation Move starter kit and was wondering what in everyon'e opinions are the best and worst Playstation Move games - I'm particularly interested in any games for younger children (5+) as that is the age of my kids.

Eyepet is great, make sure you go into the XMB>Accessory Settings>Calibrate Motion Controller> settings menu and press triangle to DISABLE the magnetic sensor.

Sports Champions table tennis/disc golf and gladiator are great.
Beat Sketcher is another really good drawing game.

Start the Party is a fun collection of mini party games.

My 5 years old loves these games, she's been playing since age 4.

For me, I like SOCOM 4, Time Crisis, Cabelas Dangerous Hunts 2011 and The Shoot.

Thanks for those - what would you get first out of the three you mentioned?

For JRPG fans, best would be Rune Factory Oceans and the mini-games in Record of Agarest War 2. Though the latter is more at least for older teens.

Sports Champions is easily the best game available for Move.

Personally I'd pick Heavy Rain and Resident Evil 5 as the best games for the Move, although obviously neither is appropriate for a 5 year old.

Killzone 3 also, but again not really suitable for a child.

I don't think it will be for move. Its heroes on the move that have ratchet and move controls, but that is only mini game and from the demo not very exiting.

I didn't like RE5 very much with the move, it seems more limited than using the ds3

My favorite game on the move. But for kids I would go with start the party which is a lot of fun. The sport champion is also a very good choice.

I would say Start the Party. My girls love playing it, they are 9 and 4. I have a blast just watching them jump around trying to complete the objectives. It was well worth the $19 I paid.

My oldest one also likes to play the Little Big Planet: Prehistoric Moves.

Second Tumble and Killzone 3. Sports Championship is fun, but I'm super lazy and like to sit while playing videogames

i got the Move with the SOCOM 4 full deployment bundle - i regret buying it, i don't enjoy playing socom or killzone 3 with it - my nephews & friends that aren't use to playing shooters tend to pick-up on it's use better than i can. but since you are getting it for your young children, i'd say Sports Championship is the best game i've tried with the move (frisbee golf & bocce ball). i had high hopes for time crisis but after trying it there were a lot of calibration issues - thank god i didn't buy it. Move is definitely for a younger casual audience.

For a 5 year old, the best two games definitively are:

EyePet and Start The Party

These two are way above everything else in quality and age appropriateness which is available to this date.

Why don't you enjoy it? I think it's a refreshing change from sitting on the couch with a button controller. Standing up and pulling a trigger makes me feel like I'm part of the action.

Go to the XMB and disable the magnetic sensor under the Accessory Settings tab- select Calibrate Motion Controller and press triangle to disable it. That will eliminate any calibration issues with Time Crisis or any other Move game.

For kids, Eyepet and Start the Party,
Kids and adults can enjoy Sports Champions,
Adults only, definitely Socom 4 (hardcore tactical US Navy Seal based shooter)and Time Crisis (arcade light gun shooter, more cartoonish than Socom 4, but definitely fun, especially the Deadstorm Pirates game that os also on the disc.

Yup thats what I did. I think the user just needs to give it more practice. No one is a sharpshooter expert right out of the box.
