Sometimes I am amazed by the optimism shown by HD-DVD supporters. They believe they can lose all studio support and still keep going. It could also be called stupidity, but for the sake of this thread I will call it denial. I was reading threads about how they can't believe this happened, but once Toshiba makes an announcement then we'll see who's in trouble. All the signs were out there that Warner was going Blu exclusive and they were too dense to believe it. A lot of them were saying "didn't Warner just deny these rumors"...as if they were going to come out with them before they were ready.
I was also irritated by Toshibas comment that they were disappointed that Warner ignored the momentum that was on the HD-DVD side...that is such bull. I should be so happy, but these freaking people and their stupidity are driving me crazy. Some are even conceding the defeat of HD-DVD, but they say that Blu-ray will be dead shortly as well with Downloads coming to take over...What do they have against Blu-ray anyway...it's freaking awesome!!!
