I really think Tosh is going to let them out of exclusivity, and fairly soon. They have been passing themselves off as consumer friendly, and this would cement that.

Also, it would help cement their relationship with Sony which has been hugely beneficial to them of late.

Yes, but not a port. They NEED to be reencoded at Blu-ray bit-rates and include lossless audio for each of the three titles. A mere port with lossy audio won't do for me.
