I think you might want to go back and re-read the link - or I misunderstand your meaning. He's not in any way discrediting the Warner development. He's saying that a lot of speculation surrounding it is FUD - that's a given. Frankly, he might evne be thinking about the FUD regarding a Blu-ray buy-out - it's hard to say for sure. He's clearly not excited by the news, and that's evident. I think it was actually about as balanced a piece as someone supporting HD DVD could have written right now in the interim between the announcement and CES.
