Internet radio was added to the most recent psp update and its pretty cool. Has anyone heard of a possible update like this for the PS3?

The only way I've done it is through the PS3 web-browser. There is a site that supports the PS3 but I'll have to see if I can find the link though (edit: I think it was through Virgin Radio and in the UK, think this is the site: http://www.virginradio.co.uk/listen/).

Sweet! I just got this to work for XM using my parents account.

I only see 12 channels to pick from though.

A few but I would much rather have access to all of them. Any idea why I'm not seeing all of them?

no sorry, I do not know why only 10 channels...If I remember correctly when I use to have XM...using it on the net I selected some "favorite" channels, maybe thats what youre getting?? (does it not give you a selection?)

Open Tversity, go to Internet Feeds, Feed Manager, change 10 to 0 and all will show up.
