i've only had a quick look at the discs for the video quality, it seems to be on par with Season 2

the set includes the same kind of booklet that Season 1 and 2 had with just an episode guide, the yellow slip is just an advertisement thing with newspaper, etc, quotes

I second this. I can understand waiting on other titles to get cheaper - but this is one of the best TV shows airing right now

A little haha. I can't wait to finally watch this season fully.

They started airing the third season at 12am a little while ago, I got about four episodes in then got completely behind on all my shows (which is a lot) then the fifth episode got deleted from my DVR. So now I have to wait until the BD comes out

Wow, I just picked up Season 3 from USA to the UK for £20!!

What a bargain. I looked everywhere else to find the cheapest option, and couldn't find any discount vouchers for movietyme etc, which meant it would be about £25.

Amazon.com it was about £15 and £4 shipping. $25 for the Blu-ray. That is less than I paid for season 2 about 3 weeks back

Guess the dollar must be doing really badly, as I remember it would have been about £26 last time I checked the price of s3 on amazon.com, unless it was $35 last week, and not $25?

I recently got into this show, and watched all three seasons in a matter of about two weeks. Needless to say, this is a first week purchase for me for sure. I need to go back and get the first two as well, but since I have seen them go for cheaper than they are now, I will keep checking in and try to get a deal.

That looks pretty compressed to me. Pretty sure it's the fault of the png, though. Or it could be from a BD-rip to mkv?

Same here Mark! I've complained a few time to Directv about not carrying AMC in HD. In my opinion, AMC has become the new HBO for cable shows! Look at the killer line up: Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, The Killing. Great shows indeed!

I rented the first 2 seasons of Breaking Bad on BD and am amazed at how great the writing, acting, etc is for this series. Top notch and BB is one of the best shows on TV (kudos to AMC for bringing us original shows) Mad Men, Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and The Killing. This show should of won the Emmy for outstanding drama series - while Mad Men is good - this show is excellent!

Wait until you see season 3. IMO it's easily the best one

I'm still working my way through season 2, about 1/2 done. Going to pick this up for sure. What a great show. Those who haven't seen it, really need to check this out.
