Natsume will be releasing Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny(aka Rune Factory: Oceans) for PS3 and Wii later this year. They released a bunch of screenshots for E3.

Beats me, but probably similar to the Wii version. However I didn't import the original Japanese version which I believe came out in February under the title Rune Factory: Oceans. So could ask someone who played the original Japanese version.

Not 100% certain if you can just use a normal Dualshock controller instead of PS Move, but PS Move is available in the game for sure.
