If you go over to AVS or HDJ, a lot of people have some good things to say about it (mainly its a great bang for your buck set). Chad B wrote a great review on it also.
I'm actually waiting to hear about the Sharp X5 set that's coming out latter this year. It could actually be part of the Elite line that Sharp will be putting out. Here's a couple of quotes from Robert Zohn (Value Electronics) that definitely have me interested.

Sharp has made two large investments in Pioneer and has recently negotiated the use of the "Elite" brand (not Kuro) for a newly designed very high-end full array back-lit LCD/LED HDTV that has a new video-processing and contrast enhancement circuits. Sharp is adopting Pioneer's "Elite" strategy of developing and building a TV with very strict tolerances and the best possible performance.

I've had great conversations with Pioneer and Sharp exec's and I am told it's quite an upgrade and all newly designed. It's those conversations that persuaded me to delay the shoot-out so we cna include this new technology.
