I liked the console footage. Not quite as good as on a PC, but I wasn't expecting that quality. Picking this up day 1 for sure.

I have a question for everyone , How big of a deal is it that this game runs 30FPS? I'm really interested in this game and the only thing I see wrong with it according to some websites is that its 30Fps. I have no idea what it means or what kind of details that leaves out compared to Mw3 that runs at 60Fps.

Look at how incredible Killzone 3 looks at 720p 30fps compared to Black Ops 540p upscaled to 1080p running at 40fps+. I do wish the guys at Activision would ditch the obsession with 60 frames per second.

Battlefield 3 running at 30fps is fine and dandy by me, i have zero problems with that. If it means they can dedicate more processing power in the game engine, then all the better for it.

I've been playing a little CoD lately and I can honestly say I think is a bad game online.. Let me rephrase that - its probably not a bad game but man I hate that twitch-fest! (Is that even a word?) No strategy, just a bunch of tweens blowing you up with planes, helicopters and RC cars!

Still - I do like the singleplayer and the co-op in MW2.. Gotta give them that!

BFBC2 is 30fps and ive never had an issue with it.
it is also a LOCKED 30fps......so even in heavy fights or building destruction going on, choppers flying over you, tanks blowing holes in the ground.....the framerate never drops.

CoD on the other hand is 540p & 60fps which is variable.
let a huge fight scene happen and the framerate drops.
plus 540p upscaled to 1080p =

No modern game in existence can really be locked at 30fps or 60fps. Even on PC the framerate fluctuates and goes up or down depending on what is going on in the screen. Bad Company 2 is v-synced just like the COD games, Uncharted games and Battlefield 3 will be but it is in no way locked.
