The closest thing to Dragon Ball Z in HD, right now is Dragon Ball Kai, get it? Okay then.

You can wish for the Dragon Boxes in HD, but it'd take Toei a very long time to accomplish it (piece by piece), or it'd just be an upscaled version.

We're lucky enough that Toei Animation and Pony Canyon released all the Dragon Boxes so there shouldn't be any complain.

Did you know Toei Animation had Dragon Ball Z in DD 2.0? But because the got rid of it, the Dragon Boxes have the DD 1.0 (Mono). Still, sounds great with a sound system.

"Dragon Box on Blu-ray" it would be expensive, it'd take a very long time for Toei to complete and probably not many would consider buying it. So, not really lucrative. Heck, even the original Dragon Boxes are hard to find (rare) now and really pricey.
