I found my doppelganger (especially since you have more horror than me)! Excellent variety and we basically have the same taste. Those imports of Alice, Amelie, Life is Beautiful, and Pulp Fiction are awesome - great job!

10 out of 10! A+

Toddly:

You have quite an extensive collection with a fair amount of variety, which is nice. You have many films in your library that I have (or want) in my own, so it looks as if our tastes are similar to a fairly high degree. (It appears that you're a Stanley Kubrick fan like me -- though I didn't see a couple of his best known works in your list, Paths of Glory (with a terrific presentation from Criterion) and The Shining).

I notice that you also have many imported titles. Do you have a multiregion player (and if yes, which one; I would like to buy one of my own down the line)?

Finally I do note that your collection is much more heavily geared than mine toward action, suspense and horror type films and it also includes a larger proportion of comedies than mine, though we stll have common films in those genres too. Interestingly, you do manage to leave room for a little more diversity in the form off a few old classics that are mixed in.

All in all a pretty strong collection, especially for those who love "genre" pictures.

Although I've been collecting blu-ray titles for a few years, I just finished adding my collection to this site a few minutes ago. Tell me what you think.

Excellent collection. You have an extensive Criterion library and plenty essential films to boot. The only thing lacking is more foreign cinema, I think. However, your collection is just gorgeous. Standout collection.

Why, thank you, Sagacious. I love foreign films and always want to add more, but their blu-rays tend to be much more expensive for some reason.

Si1ent:

You have a pretty diverse library and seem to be an afficionado of both animated films (and anime), TV series and certain film franchises. There are many titles you have that I plan to add to my own library at some point.

Overall, a very good collection, especially for serial type titles and lovers of animation of all sorts.

Lots of Action, some Documentary, Animated, TV-Series, Horror/Splatter. A LOT of it in my collection as well (except for "The Blair Witch Project", that movie will never enter my collection if I was paid for it!) and if I could control that damn collectors/spenders gene I am sure my collection would be VERY similar to yours.

9.25/10
