I'd imagine not.

Just looking at the picture the complete set seems to be thicker in the Amazon picture. As well as been Blue.

^ why is Chewbucker on Disc 2? surely someone more important would have been on it, where is Luke? Han? Leia?

The choice of characters on the discs is very interesting: they're either...

1) Masks, puppets or droids.

2) Actors who are dead and/or still closely connected to Lucas.

3) Actors who don't have as agents as strong as the ones that Ford, Fisher & Hamill have...

I'm not complaining. I quite like the look of them, and fundamentally it's what's on those discs which are important.

Yes it looks like a Digistack. I think the US is getting a slightly different package. If it was a slipcase it would have a top and bottom but it does look like lots of slim-cases. It's odd that they've given each disc a page in the stack, I'm glad they're not doubled-up.

Well thats the Alien Anthology, Lord of the Rings and now Star Wars added to the Blus Ive imported / will import from the US. Hate the look of the UK packaging. The US book is gorgeous, just like the Alien set by the looks of it.

Gotta agree tho, who the hell decided on the disc art???? Nothing against the characters but no Luke, Leia or Hans on the original trilogy??? Come on....

I too prefer the digibook packaging but the cost as well as the fact that the discs are better protected means I won't mind going for the UK version. I pre-ordered it on Sainsbury's using a coupon so it'll only be about £54 which a US import is no way gonna beat.

It does look like thin cases like the ones used in the Star Trek movies boxsets, but the fact there is no spine artwork would indicate it is probably more likely a digistack. Is this the first digistack blu, in fact?

Can't believe some people will import because of packaging you can't even see when it's on the shelf! Baffling!

I am not a massive star wars fan and to be honest the newer Prequel movies are Junk IMO. I will how ever be picking up the Original Trilogy set.

I must be the only brit on this entire forum who hates digipak/digibook packaging. Never had a great deal of luck with them.

In this case, amaray all the way baby!

I still can't believe there isn't a deluxe box set which comes with a collectors model of Vader, R2, etc

What a missed opportunity for an amazing collectible set. But come to think of it, they've never offered a collectors edition for the previous releases. A shame really, I'd certainly pay extra for a Vader helmet that opened up to reveal the discs

It would've been nice to have an Executor-class SSD set like they did with the VHS set years ago. I would've gladly paid for that.
