What's the best Blu Ray drive out in the $200-300 range?

Lite-On has a BD-ROM for less than $200. You also have the Pioneer BDC-202 and ASUS BC-1205PT. Both can be picked up for about $260. Otherwise the LG GGC-H20L is about $300.

Of the last 3 you listed, which is the best?

At least get a burner, being able to burn is a great asset

Really liking the looks of the LG unit. I'm not as concerned with being able to write to Blu Ray.

Anyone know where to find an external enclosure with a Sata interface that drive will work with?

Play both BD and HD. Comes with Power DVD Ultra (2 audio channels). Doesn't burn BD or HD but burn everything else including Double Layer DVD.

i have heard the panasonic bd30 is one of the best out there. but the bd50 is coming out soon and it should blow the pantes off of the bd30.
