![]() ![]() Talked about this here over in the Aussie section. Certainly my favourite film of the year from that island nation. Never bought it yet as I don't like the price so hopefully we'll get a more realistic price with similar special features. http://www.sainsburysentertainment.c...duct=E10900513 http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004P9MV0Y |

Those very naughty koala-loving Australasians have released a Metalbook version of this film -it's just a DVD, but I still treat it as an act of war against us Brits. It will not stand!

![]() ![]() Thanks, but as the priest said to the altar boy, any chance of a look at the backend? I'm waiting to find out if I go for the UK or Oz -it's all down to the extras (assuming the Optimum has the same transfer) as the Oz disc is far better than the US. I'm *ucking bored with slips. Never did like them (binned dozens) but now they're just annoying. Saying that if they're lenticular or well thought out (like the UK Moon) then I'm a fan. But these endless meh cardboard abortions are a waste of my money. Just watched the fab Not Quite Hollywood so I'm ready for some real PoHM action! ![]() |

importing the Oz disc will be too much as this is a little too much for a small foreign film as it is.
In terms of extras, all 3 have making of while the UK has cast and director interviews while Aussie has a short film and interview with Crime person instead. Last edited by nekromantik; 07-10-2011 at 01:37 PM. |

According to DVD Review magazine it looks like the UK is missing a few of the Australian edition's extras - the 15 minute short film Crossbow, the 25 minute interview with author Tom Noble and the poster gallery. However the Australian version is currently about £35 from EzyDVD
