Why quote all the photos if you're complaining about him posting the photos? at least spoiler tag them in your quote.

Well I found a mistake in the Return of The King.........

When The Mouth Of Sauron is beheaded........The Black gates open and Orcs start their March while Gandalf and the others turn to ride away........the camera shows a complete shot of gate and stuff....but NO MOUTH OF SAURON'S BODY or HORSE..NOTHING-NADA........

Stuff like this kills me

There are lots of little continuity problems like that in these movies. Gandalf's staff is taken away from him by Saruman, later he escapes Orthanc on Gwaihir the eagle without it, but later on, he has the same exact staff in the Mines of Moria.

When he returns as Gandalf the White, he has a different staff that is exploded by the Witch King, but at the Grey Havens at the end of the movie, he has the exact same staff again. There are lots more that I can't think of now.

As far as the staff goes, I think Gandalf just goes to visit Harry Potter and goes to the wand store. They have staffs in the backroom there, don'tcha know.

It's nothing of the sort. When Luke loses his light saber in the Star Wars movies, does he never have a light saber again? No, he builds a new one.

Gandalf did the same. Only in Rivendell and after the War of the Ring was over, did he have the time to make a new staff. No continuity problem there.

How do you know that? And why do both different staves look exactly like the ones that were lost?

I know, because he's a Maia, an angelic badass.

I dont know if its been mentioned yet but the Australian version of this boxset we get the normal blue Blu Ray cases not the bad ass black ones shown here. It really does look out of place

At least for the staffs in Fellowship, he actually has two different ones. They look nearly alike but are in fact different.

Check out this image from the Sideshow 12" figure. I know it's a toy, but it gives a good comparison:

The first has a narrower head and a leather strap. (Plus a place to hold his pipe although I think he might also have that later.)

The latter one has a wider head.

Amazon is giving away 5 copies of the set signed by Jackson. Go to the Amazon Movies and TV Facebook page and Like it, then you'll be prompted to enter the sweepstakes.

Exactly. I remembered watching the news about battle for The Hobbit pre-roduction problems. How annoying it was to watch the union trying to be pain in the a**. It was so saddening to watch PJ who is sad and doesnt know wether The Hobbit will ever go into production that time. Thank God WB execs agreed and gave the green light with the intervention of NZ PM.

Apologies if that has already been posted. The union lady is such a.......

That couldn't possibly be because people love these stories so much, and everyone has some kind of opinion with regards to what they want from a "high profile" Blu-Ray release? Nah, that's way too convenient to be true...or is it?

I actually, I watched this yesterday and I thought the effects, surprisingly, don't look dated! and for everyone else who complains about it, shut up.. they're supposed to look dated cause, you know what? they ARE
