I do really like that cover art. Gives the film a more prestigous feel as opposed to the 'simple gangsta flick' that the previous cover looked a little like. Not to mention it's nice to see the "Nominated for 2 Academy Awards" on the front - and it'll also no doubt come with a slipcover too which is another bonus.

That's great, that means we'll most prob be getting a slip with it, unlike the US version! Can't wait!

So it seems that EU are using the same cover as in post #1, UK gets a similar effort to Taxi Driver BD ("award series") and the USA gets a full color cover. I like the most the US cover and sure ordered it.

I like the U.S. cover more. They didn't airbrush Ricky out of the cover plus the font is more in tune with the movie (the movie's actual font design). Why should the cover give a more prestigious feel when it's a movie that portrays life on the streets of South Central L.A. in the 80s and early 90s?

I liked this film..I watched it 5 years ago and havn't seen it since..will hopefully get this for Christmas.

Mine arrived this morning...the PQ is pretty good considering the source is pretty grainy and soft but the Audio is awesome
