The Frightners 9/13
Carlos 9/27

Games:

Forza 4 10/11

If i have enough money then ill pick up Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown on release day, if not then ill have to push those back until end of Oct when I don't see anything else then. Don't know how i missed Jurassic Park but that would go on my maybe list.

That's nothing in fact I wish that was all I was getting:

9/6:
Fast Five (UK Steelbook)
Hills Have Eyes
Scarface
Black Blood Brothers
X-Men First Class

9/13:
Big Bang Theory Season 4 (dvd)
Thor 3D combo pack
That 70's Show Season 1+2 (dvd)
Count of Monte Cristo
True Legend
Trainspotting
Hills Have Eyes (Remake)

9/20:
Gears of War 3
Dumbo
The Others
Tajomaru: Avenging Bade
The Sword With No Name
Zombie Apocalypse Redemption
Breakfast at Tiffany's

9/27:
Star Wars the Complete Saga
Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions
Trigun Badlands Rumble
The Phantom Carriage (Criterion)
Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky

10/4:
Scream 4
Lion King collectors set
Space Jam
Dead Alive

10/18:
Pirates 4
Batman Year 1
Batman Arkham City Collectors edition (PS3)
Kuroneko (Criterion)

10/25:
Jurassic Park Trilogy Collectors Set
Tom and Jerry Golden Collection Volume 1
Identification of a Woman (Criterion)
Island of Lost Souls (Criterion)
Dazed and Confused (Criterion)

Not to mention stuff that's not up for pre-order yet and is coming out in the same 2 months. It pains me to think about it. Jackie Brown and Pulp Fiction will wait for a later date.

I agree. I'm used to buying 2 or 3 a month and being spread out as well not on the same day

I'm surprised the OP and nobody else mentioned Resistance 3 for PS3 out September 6-7. I think Resistance 3 is going to be one of the most underrated games of the year. No one is talking about it.

I am in the same boat, but I have learned something: Pace Yourself. Yes, you won't have the movies right away, but maybe just get one or two a month then wait till Black Friday or something?

Or wait for some promotion from Amazon or another e-tailer.

I was planning on getting boardwalk empire, but I don't know when the *beep* it's supposed to cone out. Hbo usually has the seasons come out just before the new season.

Agreed September and October are going to be very painful, I'm gonna have to ask for some of them for Christmas.

September:
Star Wars Ultimate Blu-ray
X-Men First Class
Thor
Madden 2012(August 30th)
Resistance 3
Dead Island

October:
Fast Five
Batman Year One
Spider-Man: Edge of Time
Batman: Arkham City

That's with me probably forgetting a few. No way would I buy that many games at once either. Ugh.

That's probably what I'm going to end up doing. If I don't find that the price has dropped enough by the Sunday before release I will cancel and wait for a better price latter. Been using this practice for a while now and it seems to work out well enough.

Same here! Luckily, my birthday is in September so I will be getting birthday money/gift cards so it will help ease the wallet pain! Here is what I am getting in September and October:

September:

Bad Boys 2 (If it is official)
Hook (If it is official)
The Others
Scary Movie 2
The Frighteners
The Count of Monte Crisco
Dumbo
Scarface
HellRaiser 2

October:

Lion King
Scream 4
Tom and Jerry
Looney Tunes
Pee Wee's Big Adventure
Pulp Fiction
Dazed and Confused
Super 8

Not of a fan of Jurassic Park and Star Wars
