How about House of Wax, starring Vincent Price, and Dial M For Murder as bluray 3D releases? In a recent Dick Dinman's DVD Classics Corner radio show interview I heard George Feltenstein (head of Warner Bros. Home Video Marketing) say that they are preparing these two movies for bluray 3D releases probably in late 2012. He also mentioned Kiss Me Kate, which they own as well, although he said nothing about a time frame for that one. In my opinion when they start putting actually good movies like these on bluray 3D the format will begin to grow. And in an earlier interview I heard him say they are working on a bluray release of Cabaret in 2012. The problem with this one has been that it was poorly cared for by the former owners and there is a heavy scratch down the center of the 6th reel which must be painted out, an expensive and time consuming process. I, for one, will be glad to get my hands on any or all of these.
