How to use 3 PSu's in 1 case - Blu-ray Forum

For those where 1 power supply is not enough to power all hardware, installing 2 or 3 psu's in 1 case just got a lot easier:

i remember when this involved a little soldering and a little knowledge of wiring diagrams and connectors.

this certainly is a cool thing to have if you need the extra power.

Wouldn't it just make more sense (as well as pose less of a fire risk) if a 1200-1500W PSU was used in the first place?

Yeah. This product would have been a great idea back when there weren't any big PSU's. Now a days, what's the point?

Heat production would be identical if the total wattage was the same (ignoring the cooling capabilities of the power supplies of course).

What a cool through incredibly pointless video in the end.
