A lot of great films, a bunch of MY favorites missing and a lot of movies I do not really care for.
Still clearly above average cause of some quality films not everyone would buy/own.

9.5/10 - Some great films in there, lots of BFI titles that I haven't seen yet and you will enjoy Lavender Hill Mob when you get it - brilliant film.

I dunno, I see a fair number of the essentials, but also a lot more "Cop-Out", "The 6th Day", and a ton of broad comedies that I'm not really a fan of.

Maybe you're not big into backlisting and don't buy BDs if you own the DVDs, or maybe our tastes are just different.

Either way, I say 7.5, positives being sheer numbers and some very good choices, negatives being not a lot of quality control (the way I perceive it).

Sorry, I can't rate a collection missing almost every great movie released pre-1980 that's available, higher than a 6 , no matter how big it is or any other factors.
