Canada The Hunt For Red October Releases

I grabbed The Hunt For Red October during Best Buy's T&S last week, but I'm unsure if there's a difference between the cover I got (red/black background) and the re-release (blue background)?

Red/Black Cover

Blue Cover

Red/Black Cover

Blue Cover
I've only ever seen the red one in Canada. I assume the blue cover is for the US and UK.

This is the first time I see the blue cover too. Prefer the red one though.

The discs are identical between the two releases. Paramount has just been re-releasing a number of their blu-rays with different cover art.
