Pre-builts are a waste of time especially since just about everything is riveted together. With one you build yourself, it's up to you to choose the exact stuff you want for it and the prices which you want. Another thing is zero company bloatware you always get from pre-builts.
People ask me what brand of computer I use. I always tell them I built my own.  (Been up and running since August 5th of this month. Extremely worth it.)

Same here. A little pricey (but still cheaper than an equally powerful pre-built) but definitely worth it to build your own PC.
