Those trailers look pretty cool and can't wait for the release which is on Dec.1,2008 for the US release but I would like the trailers to be downloadable from the PS store to view in 1080p.

Sweetness. The only JRPG I've ever played was Dark Cloud, but these look so awesome that I'll probably pick them up.

The chances of either game making it out in '08 are slim to none.

Amazon has a release date of Dec.1,2008 for both titles but that can change like it usually does

Apologize for changing the subject but How is the city of New Orleans doing?

It depends on the area. I live in Metairie, a suburb just west of the city, and our area got back to normal pretty quickly, but some of the areas west of us were flooded pretty bad, and the actual city itself...well I'm sure you saw how it looked on TV back when it happened.

There are still pretty large portions of the city that are just empty houses, sitting there, waiting to be gutted and hopefully renovated. Other areas look more like rubble. Other ares are essentially back to the way they were before the storm. I'd say that the city itself is where most of the damage occurred, but a good bit of the greater New Orleans area is fairing pretty well. On the whole, we're slowing getting back to where we once were, and in the end, the city will probably be vastly improved over it's former self, as many of the older, more decrepit buildings will have been replaced.

The only thing I'm kind've annoyed with right now is Brad Pitt's "Global Green" housing project down here. The premise is nice, but the execution isn't all that great, imo. Sure, they're building all these environmentally friendly houses for people to live in, but they all have this new age, modern look to them that completely stands out from the architecture that New Orleans is known for. It's killing the look of the city, imo.

Nice trailer, but for 1080p I gotta disagree with you on the quality. These files don't look any better than upconverted SD... and this game deserves better. The watermarking is a bit obnoxious too. Here's hoping that the playstation store gives these trailers a proper HD release soon...
