Since there aren't many 7.1 tracks out there, you'll mostly be working with either DD-EX, DTS:ES or your pre/pro to expand 5.1 to 7.1, thus my example. I was trying to make a point that if you have a well calibrated system, even a DVD with just a 5.1 encoded soundtrack can come up exceptional. |
