From what I could tell, English only.
However, the Alien Anthology had a similar slipcase saying English only, but it actually included more. I don't think you'll get the final tracks until the set gets reviewed/ you have the set in your hands.

EDIT: just checked Amazon. They have listings for each of the films as to the Languages and Subtitles if that helps.

I prefer Puppet Yoda myself as it made TPM feel more more like Star Wars, when considering that Yoda was a puppet in "Empire Strikes Back" and "Return Of The Jedi".

I always felt that CGI Yoda just looked to fake to be believeable in "Attack Of The Clones" and "Revenge Of The Sith".

The puppet looked like he'd had 12 pints of lager.Look at him,talk about stoned! he's also obviously meant to be alot younger than he is in Empire and Jedi and the CGI looks younger than stoned Yoda.

If i asked what do you think is the worst change on the special editions alot might say Greedo & Han scene but for me it's the new Jabba scene with Han,how in gods name that was allowed to make it to a final cut is beyond me it looks like a poor You Tube mock up.

I agree. I've seen better version of Jabba in video games!
What would've been nice though, would be the reconsctruction and inclusion of the Human Jabba test footage in "A New Hope", but we can't have everything.

I've had to put this on the backburner, to wait for a cheaper price. If there were digital copies, it would be in the current buy list. I'm only missing out on the reproduced film cell, which is no big deal.

I expect it will drop too, as soon as the first run starts to sell out and they start using the cheaper amaray cases just like the Alien set.

Which is another reasson why I'm getting this day one. I almost missed out on the lovely first run packaging of the Alien set.

Even the blue milk pops.

EXTRAS It never ceases to amaze how Lucasfilm keeps putting its hands down the Star Wars sofa and pulling up bonus-material gold. Save the commentaries repurposed from the DVD release, this offers fresh insight delivered with tender loving care. Discs seven (Prequel Trilogy) and eight (Original Trilogy) are dubbed The Star Wars Archives, and allow you to toggle through interviews, deleted scenes (see page 114), concept art and artefacts organised by locale — the best of these features is The Collection, a gallery of the series' most iconic props viewed in a 360-degree rotation, or in tight detail, or with expert commentary.

Disc nine is the documentary disc. We get three — The Making Of Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back SPFX and Classic Creatures — made at the time that are full of late '70s/ early '80s charms, great on-set footage and the likes of Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher as hosts. There is a terrific look back at Empire with Lucas, Lawrence Kasdan, John Williams and (in his last interview) Irvin Kershner, with particular focus on the creation of Yoda and the Luke-Vader reveal. Also included is one of those could-Star-Wars-technology-actually-happen? documentaries that turn up on Five occasionally, but this is better because it has clips and does a smarter job of marrying the fictional and the factual. After that, you might be ready for the extensive collection of Star Wars spoofs (Spacey as Walken as Solo, Weird Al Yankovic's genius The Saga Begins) and parodies that would take ages to round up on YouTube.

Star Warriors is a feature-length documentary about the 501st Legion, a kind of Star Wars TA who dress up like Stormtroopers mostly for charity. Kevin Burns' film traverses the world, following the troopers hoping to be picked for the Rose Parade in Pasadena (the most American thing ever) presided over by Lucas himself. It could do with some irony, but there are lots of touching, funny, human stories behind the action-figure collections. Helmets off, though, to the Belgian fans: not only do they build life-size snowspeeders, speeder bikes and AT-ATs but their recreations of the films are priceless: "What do you know about the Death Star plans?" "I don't know shit." A fitting collection, then, for movies that Blu-ray was built for.

Not sure if this has been posted. But here goes, top pic is the old DVD bellow are the changes that have been made.

Before you head to the comments to ask, yes, Greedo still shoots first in this version (although you may still see an original version of that scene in the set – hint, hint). If you're hoping for a release of the original trilogy as you saw it in theaters back in the day, brace yourself for disappointment. Lucas has altered the film to be what he originally intended, so he's not about to go back to the previous version (even if some fans remember it more fondly). We've heard that he even made some minor changes in this new Blu-ray version (though we don't have any specifics, or even know the extent of the changes). You can go ahead and argue about it if you want, but that would be missing the bigger picture here (literally). The technical quality of this new release is beyond any version you've ever seen or heard before. If you can get past the nostalgia factor and enjoy the films for what they are now, there's a lot to be excited about.


The artists even fixed some of the minor production glitches, like the visible puppeteer pole in the Wampa scene. Below you can see the difference between the original version and the repaired one.






Even the prequel trilogy benefitted from the remastering process. When the DVD versions were created back in 1999, the film image was magnified and some of the picture was lost, about eight percent to be exact. For the Blu-ray, they went back to the original digital files, so every frame appears as it did in the film version. Maybe better, since they went through frame by frame to ensure a cleaner, crisper picture.






Those who were disappointed by some of the technical flaws in the latest remastering, back in 2004, should be pleased to note that more extensive work has been done, and undone, for this edition. Several issues from the original trilogy have been fixed, including correction of blemishes, warping on some images, dirt removal and elimination of more matte lines. One big complaint about the 2004 restoration was the uneven color timing, especially noticeable in the lightsabers, which lost some of their former white-hot core and appeared dimmer. Now they've been brightened up and are more true to the original.




There's also been much talk of the CG Yoda that will replace the practical puppet version in Phantom Menace. There are arguments to be made on both sides. The digital version is more expressive and more detailed than the puppet, but lacks a certain warm quality the original had.

Whatever your feelings on the tweaks Lucas has made to his films throughout the years, there's not much to complain about when it comes to the look and sound of the latest HD edition. It's safe to say that this will be the best looking and best sounding version of the films ever released.

Not much consolation, if it's not in the actual film. And I thought the last version had them shooting at identical times?
