Adrian said he is going to honor his contract then negations will be in discussion, I am guessing he will get a 50 million contract

Jason Witten has noticed a big difference in Dez Bryant from last season to this preseason.
"The difference form last year and this year is that he was a little bit of a flash player, show up occasionally, and this year he's been just solid all the way around," Witten said. "He makes great plays and he gets back up and does it again. It's been great to see because I know we're going to count on him a lot this year. And I think he's up for a big year."

Fred Taylor retired and signed a 1 day contract with the Jaguars, he was a great player and easily the Jaguars' best player in franchise history, I wish Fred the best of luck in his retirement!

Does Peterson still fumble often or did he figure out a fix for that?

Ya, definitely the best Jaguar ever. Hard to believe the guy over 14,000 yards from scrimmage and 74 TD's yet made only one Pro Bowl. It seemed like he was right on the borderline of being considered a great player, usually coming up just short. I'll miss him.

No, Peterson's fumbles are way down. His first three seasons he had 20 total fumbles. But in 2010 he had just 1 fumble in 283 carries.

He is trying to make his fantasy owners happy. Unlike Chris Johnson and Arian Foster who don't care.

yeah, his 3-4 fumbles in the championship game cost them a trip to the super bowl

and that 09 vikings team would've beat the colts

Bears linebacker Lance Briggs has demanded a trade because the Bears aren't willing to give him a new contract. Briggs has three years remaining on the six-year, $36 million contract he signed in 2008.

Redskins didn't even think he was worth Rocky McIntosh and let's be honest, Rocky McIntosh isn't exactly one of the premier linebackers in the league.

Briggs has made 6 straight Pro Bowls. I know Pro Bowls are often a popularity contest but it shows he's still a good player. This contract dispute is honestly the Bears fault. They frontloaded his contract by giving him $23 million over the first 3 years of the deal and now he feels underpaid once the big money has already been paid. They should have known that if Briggs kept playing at a high level he was going to become disgruntled after the first 3 years of the deal. In the end I can't see the Bears trading him because no team would be willing to give up adequate compensation and give the 30-year old Briggs a big contract.

Default Fred Taylor

Thanks for the great memories Freddie. Fred Taylor goes way back where he was drafted when I was a sophomore in high school (98). You had a great, and long career. Not too many Running Backs last this long. You will be missed and one of my all-time favorite Jaguar.
