No thanx, took a lot of readings with an Audyssey mike for my Denon...don't want the results messing up.

My order from HMV has been sat in this status all day long...

'Complete, will be despatched in accordance with selected shipping option'

Now I have paid for express delivery for this thing so am wondering if that's why it still isn't showing as despatched or shipped yet? Express is supposed to take like a day or something?

From what I've heard HMV delay dispatch until Friday with express, so you will get it Monday.

Probably right. Not sure why I paid the extra but not going to worry about it now. Busy this weekend so it's no big deal. Just want to know that its coming.

I reckon my HMV order will arrive Saturday. I've found that if an order's posted first thing on a wednesday morning then I'll often get it on the Friday. However if it's posted later in the day (like my Star Wars set) then it tends to be Saturday.

BONUS DISC THREE

THE MAKING OF STAR WARS (1977, Apx: 49 Minutes)

Learn the incredible behind-the-scenes story of how the original Star Wars movie was brought to the big screen in this fascinating documentary hosted by C-3PO and R2-D2. Includes interviews with George Lucas and appearances by Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher.

THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK: SPFX (1980, Apx: 48 Minutes)

Learn the secrets of making movies in a galaxy far, far away. Hosted by Mark Hamill, this revealing documentary offers behind-the-scenes glimpses into the amazing special effects that transformed George Lucas’ vision for Star Wars and The Empire Strikes Back into reality.

CLASSIC CREATURES: RETURN OF THE JEDI (1983, Apx:48 Minutes)

Go behind the scenes--and into the costumes--as production footage from Return of the Jedi is interspersed with vintage monster movie clips in this in-depth exploration of the painstaking techniques utilised by George Lucas to create the classic creatures and characters seen in the film. Hosted and narrated by Carrie Fisher and Billie Dee Williams.

ANATOMY OF A DEWBACK (1997, Apx: 26 Minutes)

See how some of the special effects in Star Wars became even more special two decades later. George Lucas explains and demonstrates how his team transformed the original dewback creatures from immovable rubber puppets (in the original 1977 release) to seemingly living, breathing creatures for the Star Wars 1997 Special Edition update.

STAR WARRIORS (2007, Apx: 84 Minutes)

Some Star Wars fans want to collect action figures... these fans want to be action figures. A tribute to the 501st Legion, a global organisation of Star Wars costume enthusiasts, this insightful documentary shows how the super-fan club promotes interest in the films through charity and volunteer work at fundraisers and high-profile special events around the world.

STAR WARS TECH (2007, Apx: 46 Minutes)

Exploring the technical aspects of Star Wars vehicles, weapons and gadgetry, Star Wars Tech consults leading scientists in the fields of physics, prosthetics, lasers, engineering and astronomy to examine the plausibility of Star Wars technology based on science as we know it today.

A CONVERSATION WITH THE MASTERS: THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK 30 YEARS LATER (2010, Apx: 25 Minutes)

George Lucas, Irvin Kershner, Lawrence Kasdan and John Williams look back on the making of The Empire Strikes Back in this in-depth retrospective from Lucasfilm created to help commemorate the 30th anniversary of the movie.

STAR WARS SPOOFS (2011, Apx: 91 Minutes)--The farce is strong with this one. Enjoy a hilarious collection of Star Wars spoofs and parodies that have been created over the years, including outrageous clips from Family Guy, The Simpsons, How I Met Your Mother and more. And don’t miss “Weird Al” Yankovic’s one-of-a-kind music video tribute to The Phantom Menace.

Has it been confirmed whether or not the deleted scenes from the Episodes 1-3 DVDs are included as there doesn't seem to be any mention of them on the film discs or bonus discs.

Same. I'm hoping they'll dispatch it tomorrow in time for saturday, because all all my other pre-orders (bar Fast Five) have arrived then. Fast Five must have been an exception because I used the next day delivery option back when I had a free trial of Amazon Prime. The times when I got them on saturday was when I went for the standard super saver delivery, so I chanced it and have done the same with Star Wars, so fingers crossed we get it early.

Hope all the people getting dispatch notices over the next few days get their sets soon, and that they enjoy them over the weekend and next week. I however will have to wait, all the 1997 onwards changes just made it too much to pay for cuts I wouldn't be happy watching.
I might pick it up when its cheaper, for the special features.

Just cancelled my Sainsbury's order and went with Amazon instead.

I had £25 in vouchers to use, plus Sainsbury's don't look like shipping these anytime soon so it wouldn't have turned up til next week any hows.

It says sold by Amazon so i just hope they package these properly, in a box.

No, still showing 'awaiting despatch' I have my order with Tesco, I'm still hoping to get it for £52 as I got the discounts that were posted on here earlier. Tesco took £52 reserve funds when I ordered so I guess this is all they will be taking on despatch am I correct? Those funds are still missing from my bank account so still being held by Tesco.

Still waiting too. I've cancelled and re-ordered quite a number of times with Play, Amazon and HMV, but I'll stick to this one now. It's quite enough, hope it dispatches soon.
