And the packaging being inferior on the UK set? I'd say superior.
I suppose they have to say that if they are selling the US set for £79.94 (inc £4.95 del), when the UK set can be had for about £55 to £60. Paying an extra £20 for better (debatable) packaging really is a little silly in my opinion.

By the way how much did you pay for your Scandinavian set (free of the UK/Irish logos)? I found it strange that the packaging was all in english...

I can't vouch for the content of the discs, but the UK packaging is MOST DEFINITELY superior to the US edition. It won't make a mess of your discs for one thing!

Do the UK discs have Region ABC logos on them, or just Region B?

I think TNT may be getting involved depending what area people are from?

What area are you in?

Around £70, so you get a better deal on this set than what we do. But the packaging is all English, apart from the spec sheet (which of course is removable).

Annoying character, he was clearly meant for comic relief but just wasn't funny. I don't think he's racist, but it was just a dumb, unfunny, annoying character to me who always detracted from the plot.

Also, any word on other offers for this besides the Amazon and Tesco one, or any in store offers? I'm just getting the money now, so it would be better for me if I could go in and get an in store offer on Monday than order it now from Amazon. I'm comfortable with the sub-£60 price on Amazon, however, and as far as I'm aware, in store offers will range at about the £67 mark

A bit new to tracking these things - my amazon page has been saying 'dispatching soon' since the money was taken from my bank account yesterday.

Is this what usually happens with them? - ie do they take money before dispatch as I see some people with other companies are having them delivered before getting their dispatch confirmation, I really hope its the same with Amazon.

I prefer the look of the U.S packaging but not going to spend extra money.
