16mm can benefit quite a bit in HD.

Then again, I like seeing film grain and don't like DNR, so take that for what you will.

I've been getting into importing Arrow releases, however Synapse has had quite a good track record (not to mention some Arrow releases I really want, aren't 100% compatible for me, such as Funhouse). I'll wait until I can see the differences between the two releases before I make my decision.

Shame. Luckily Threadless do reprint, so the one you want will almost definitely come back in stock soon.
