At 42" you'd be wasting your money on a 1080p. Get a 720p and with the money you saved, invest in a better Home Theatre set-up.
As far as which plasma to buy, all I can say is I love my Panasonic 42". Pioneer is considered the best (by many), but I can't justify the difference in price. Samsung is a really well-respected brand for both plasam and LCD, and I don't think you'd go wrong in choosing either one. Look for a good deal, but remember...at 42"....don't waste your money on a 1080p. |
