Most of the reviews I've read said to stick with my DVD edition (Boom Stick) but after haven't seen AOD in a few years, before I got my HDTV, the DVD looks like shit. I think a cable TV broadcast would look better! The 1.66:1 aspect ratio is damn near close to full frame and the PQ itself reminds me of VHS. Is the Blu-ray REALLY that bad that it's not worth an upgrade? I'm not too big on extras so as long as the Blu has the director's cut material either as a different version of the film or in the extras, I don't care as long as the PQ is better. To those of you who own both, what do you think?
